We focus on comfort measures and labor techniques, such as yoga movement and the rebozo technique. We also incorporate meditation and alignment with partner/family. Here we discuss diet, nutrition, and herbal alternatives to any pregnancy issues you're experiencing. Additional add-ons: belly binding, baby wearing, breastfeeding education.
